What techniques do you use to produce your garments?

There are several techniques used to decorate garments, including screen printing (aka silk screening), embroidery, direct to garment printing, and iron on transfers.

AllTheseTees.com has in house screen printing, embroidery, and direct to garment printers.  We do everything from design to production to shipping.  Why use a middle man?  We are the professionals, using professional equipment.

I have noticed many on-line printers using “Iron on Transfer” printing.  What is that and how does it differ from traditional screen printing?

Iron on transfers is the process where your artwork is imaged on special paper fed through a digital printer and then heat applied onto the garment.   This process has almost been entirely replaced by direct to garment ink jet printers, however this process is still widely used by many on-line printers offering 1 piece minimums. The problems with this process, like direct to garment printing, is that the colors are muted and the image deteriorates after just one or two washings.

Can you print individual names and/or numbers on my items?

Yes, you can customize your items with screen printed names and numbers.  We actually screen print them using the traditional screen printing processes - we don't use heat transfers which make the garment "hard".

Individual names can be printed in one color for an additional $4.50 per item.  If you want individual numbers we can print them in one or two colors using the Block format with number sizes of 4", 6", or 8".  The price for one color numbers is $2.50 per unit and the price for two color numbers is $3.50 per unit.  We only print one or two digit numbers.

Please call us at 888-800-3060 to place your order when you require names and/or numbers.

Can I mix and match different styles and garment colors within my order?

Absolutely, as long as the image being printed and the ink colors being used are the same for all the items within your order you can mix and match as much as you like.  If the design is the same but you need to change ink colors there will be a $10 charge per ink color being changed.  You will need to communicate this request via email and you will be changed separately for this request.

I don’t need 24 shirts – can I order less?

Of course, we don’t have any minimums.  You can order as few as 1 shirt.  We are set up to help all size orders.

  • JPG
  • GIF
  • TIF
  • PNG
  • Adobe Photoshop (PSD, PPD)
  • Corel Draw (CDR)
  • CDR

If your file type is not listed above, please send it anyway. We will do our best to convert it into a file we can work with. If for some reason we can not work with the file(s) you have sent us we will notify you immediately.

Please make sure you send us the highest resolution and largest size of your image (300 DPI or greater preferred). The better the artwork you send the better the shirts will look.

Will I see a sample before you run my order?

We have an excellent electronic proofing system in place.  Generally within 2 business days of placing your order you will receive an electronic proof of your artwork designs.  This proof will show you ink colors, image sizes, placement, etc.  We do not begin production of your order until you have approved your electronic proof.

Production samples are not provided for orders under 1,000 units unless requested and may incur a sampling charge.  If your order is 1,000 units or more and there is sufficient lead times, at your request, we will produce a production sample for you at no charge.  Please call us for further details.

How long will it take to produce my order?

Once you have placed your order you can expect to receive your electronic proof within 2 business days.  Once you have approved your art proof your order will be put in our production schedule and will be produced within 7-10 business days.  Once produced, your order will be shipped out via FedEx Ground.  Please account for the 2 days for art time, 7-10 days for production time, and 1 - 5 days for shipment time in your schedule.

How much is shipping going to run me?

FedEx Ground shipping within the continental US is FREE.  If you wish to split your shipment into multiple delivery addresses there may be an additional charge.  If you wish to pay for expedited shipping such as FedEx Overnight or FedEx Second Day Air, you will be presented with the cost of those service levels at checkout.
